1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Support Suite ("Service", "Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

AI Support Suite is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • AI-powered automated customer support across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Web Widget, Email)
  • Document training and knowledge base management
  • Conversation management and analytics
  • Integration with third-party services (WhatsApp Business API, Gmail, etc.)
  • Subscription-based access to various service tiers

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

  • Free Plan: Limited features and usage (50 messages/month)
  • Starter Plan: ₹799/month - 500 messages, WhatsApp OR Web, Email replies
  • Pro Plan: ₹1,999/month - 2,500 messages, WhatsApp + Web, Analytics
  • Business Plan: ₹4,999/month - 10,000 messages, Multi-agent, Priority support

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway:

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods supported by Razorpay
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment failures may result in service suspension until payment is successfully processed
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy

4.3 Billing and Renewal

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period
  • Payment of all applicable fees and taxes
  • Continued billing until you cancel your subscription
  • No refunds for partial billing periods or unused features

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users or customers
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Violate any intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and software, is owned by AI Support Suite and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (documents, messages, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

  • Store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
  • Use your content to train and improve our AI models
  • Create backups and ensure data availability
  • Comply with legal obligations

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to the respective service provider.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • 100% uptime or availability
  • That all features will always be available
  • That the Service will meet all your requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR RESPONSES

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Support Suite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • At our sole discretion, with or without cause

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably.
